From writing code to building companies.
I started as an Android engineer writing Kotlin, and my open-source algorithms course is still used by developers around the world. I soon realised the problems worth solving weren't in the code. They were in the businesses around me that still ran on paper, Excel and phone calls.
So I founded B2B Soft to build for them. We make the systems a dispatcher uses to send a taxi, an accountant uses to close payroll, a sales agent uses in a shop with no signal, and a citizen uses to file an appeal at a mahalla kiosk.
I work as an engineer-founder. I own the product and the architecture, and I lead a team of engineers and AI agents that builds it. That lets a small company ship with the reach of a big one.

Navoiy citizen platform
Touch kiosks in mahalla buildings, plus one backend for every channel citizens use. An appeal filed by kiosk, web or Telegram gets the same reference number and the same 15-day legal deadline.
ProKadastr
An operations panel and field app for land surveys, with a 7-step abris wizard, petitions, auctions and a 3D city map built from self-hosted OpenStreetMap tiles.
Helmary Terminal
A terminal designed around tasks instead of lines. It knows where every command begins and ends, and keeps AI off the render thread. 4.8 MB binary, 25k lines of Rust, 368 tests.
